1. Service Overview

Marina Yard Manager provides marina and yard management software on a subscription basis. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Marina Yard Manager. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the service. You can export your data at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Marina Yard Manager for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayCamp Ltd's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
